Name Badge worn at the 1923 National Aero Congress in St. Louis, MO. Metal plate with opening for a piece of white paper reading, "W.E. Schweitzer". Hanging from this is a blue ribbon ending in an oval metal plate with a highly detailed drawing of a woman throwing a model airplane among laurel leaves. Text reads, "St. Louis 3rd National Aero Congress" and "1923".
