Written on page 12 of Percy Pierce scrapbook (A2008.19.01) with newspaper clipping ("Percy W. Pierce in His Workshop") with this image, "NEW YORK HERALD - JAN 16, 1910 AND BOISE NEWS - IDAHO" In clipping on page 20 Percy Pierce scrapbook (A2008.19.01), under the photo, "PERCY W. PIERCE, AGED 15, IN HIS WORKSHOP AT 2796 MORRIS AVENUE, NEW YORK, WITH HIS MONOPLANE MODEL OF THE ORIGINAL DESIGN LANGLEY TYPE THAT FLEW [?] FEET, WINNING SILVER CUP".
