The 1928 Nats was held June 29 to 30 in Detroit, Michigan. Although some original material from the 1928 Nats advertises it as the 2nd Nats, this Nats is currently considered the 6th Nats based on other historical research. The first contest that is considered the Nats by the National Model Aviation Museum is the Mulvihill Model Trophy contest event held during the 1923 international air races in St. Louis. |
