    Dar-Wing Control Line Combat model airplane, as designed by Roy F. Darwin and sold by the Darwin Model Airplane Co. in about 1957. Delta wing, built of balsa and colorfully covered in silkspan and tissue. Installed Fox .35 Rocket red head engine. 45" wingspan.

    This Cougar F9F Radio Control Model was built in 1957 and is powered by a ducted fan engine to mimic jet powered flight. The model is quite large and has an installed Fox engine and a 94" wingspan. There is a clear panel in the fuselage that allows the ducted fan engine to be seen.

    Radio Control Pattern model Smog Hog, originally built and designed by Howard Bonner in 1955 and which he used to win first place in RC multi class at the 1956 Nats. This reproduction was built by Giuseppe "Beppe" Fascione. Traditional balsa wood and covered in silkspan. Yellow fuselage with red nose, yellow wings with red stripes on the wings and stab. Cabin fuselage, high wing with slight dihedral. Installed K&B Torpedo 35 Green head engine.

    Parnell Schoenky's JH-5 Hiller Hornet, a Free Flight Helicopter. Built of a balsa cabin fuselage, with four balsa rotor blades, the helicopter is powered by two Jetex 350 motors. This helicopter, along with his XH-5, won the Hiller Helicopter event at the Nationals in 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1959. 73" rotor diameter.
