Model Airplane - Flying Man CL Combat Model
Control Line training model, shaped and painted to look like a flying man wearing a yellow plaid shirt and blue pants. Model was built and flown by Johnny Clemens, and was used to train Navy personnel CL maneuvers. Model was built in 1948 and flown to at least 1956. Installed K&B 29 engine.

Trophy awarded to former AMA President John E. Clemens by R/C Modeler Magazine for Outstanding Achievement Award for Service to Model Aviation.
