Original top wing for Bill Heger's Knight Twister. Traditionally built from balsa wood and covered in silkspan. Cream, orange and dark blue. 48" long. Wing did not meet size requirements as built for the 1973 National Multiwing Championship and other events, so it was removed before the contest and replaced with the wing currently on the model, which is bigger. |
