1/10th scale Martin-Baker MB.5 Control Line Scale model built and flown by Keith Trostle. The model was built and first flown in the late 1970s and continuing flying until 2000, when it won CL Scale at the 2000 Nats. Built from balsa wood and sheeted, it is covered in silk and then doped. It has operating flaps, a sliding canopy, working lights and working cockpit controls, among other scale details. The wingspan is 42". |
