Don Lowe's Phoenix V, Radio Control Pattern model airplane, dating to 1970-1973 Model features a low wing with pea gravel cemented to the underside of the starboard wing tip. Covered in a camouflage pattern, with orange on the wing tips, and tips of tail surfaces. "DL" in large white letters on vertical stability. 63" wingspan; Installed O.S. Max.60, has retract landing gear installed. Flown at the 1972 Nats. |
