    Crate for transporting model airplanes used by W. Hewitt Phillips. Crate is made from hard wood with internal braces. Stickers on the outside of the crate are for Jordan Marsh - Boston Traveller Junior Aviation League and Cain's Sandwich Spread. Artifacts found with this crate date it to the 1936 and suggest it was used to transport models to the 1936 Nats.
