Blueprint, Lange-3, A-frame pusher model, "Lange-3 duration model, Winner in 1923 International Air Races, Scale 1/4" = 1", [copyright] Illinois Model Aero Club 1924". Per the commemorative program book from the 50th Nats (1976), celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Nats, Edward J. Lange won first place in Event Number 6 at the 1923 air races (considered the first Nats), winning the Mulvihill trophy.

Model Airplane - 1915 A-Frame Pusher
1915 Milwaukee Model AeroClub, A-frame twin pusher, Free Flight Model Airplane. Wooden "A" frame raised on wooden skids. Frame is bound together by wire and cross braces. Small canard with slight dihedral towards tip. Larger wing mounted at back. Both are covered in a light, off-white tissue. Hand-painted on the starboard wing is "Milwaukee Model Aero Club" in dark black. Reproduction built in 1970. 31.5" wingspan.

An, A-frame pusher, rubber-powered Free Flight model. Built by Teen Becksted this model is made with two stick fuselages forming a wide "A" shape. The 14" wing is placed far forward; red insignia on wing. This model was built for speed contests and could go about 70mph covering 176' in 2 seconds. It was flown with 30 strands of 1/8" rubber.
